    With no annual fee One Card Does it All. Oregon Territory's Visa Debit Card gives you the freedom to make your financial transactions whenever, and wherever you choose. To safeguard your Oregon Territory ATM/Debit card from fraudulent use, all transactions will be limited to the United States. This includes all ATM, Point of Sale and Internet transactions. If you do business, travel, or live outside the United States (including Canada and Mexico) and need access to your account, arrangements can be made with the Credit Union to allow access for a specific period of time.     Use it like a check
    It allows you to pay for purchases from your checking account without writing a check. Whether you're shopping, eating out, or traveling, you can use your Oregon Territory FCU Visa Debit Card at any merchant displaying the Visa logo. When you use the Visa Debit Card the funds are deducted automatically from your checking account. Don't forget to write it down in your register; transactions clear in one to three days. If the merchant calls to verify your purchase, the amount available is the checking account balance.

    Use it for Cash Card purchases
    Almost all grocery stores now have Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals at the check stand, and they are easy-to-use. You simply swipe your card and put in your access code. The purchase is instantly deducted from your checking account. There are no fees to POS transactions. Look for the ACCEL logo at the grocery store check out stand, and don't forget to request "cash back."

    Use it to get cash at ATM's
    With your Oregon Territory Visa Check Card you can withdraw cash at ATM's throughout th U.S. Oregon Territory does not charge for the first five transactions each month; thereafter; the fee is only $1 per transaction. Some ATM providers charge for transactions. To save money look for the no surcharge logo. Look for the Exchange, Interlink, and ACCEL logos.

    You can now use over 23,000 surcharge-free ATMs in the United States. Therefore, whether you are traveling across the country or across town, we are there for you.
