    This service is available 24-7, that's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays too. All you need is a telephone, your account number and a secret personal identification number you choose. And it's free to all OTFCU members. Dial 503-365-0071 (or 1-888-826-0071), put in the account number and identification number; then follow the instructions as PATH leads your through several account transaction options, like these:

  • Balance inquires on checking, savings, and loan accounts.
  • Transfer funds between your accounts or to other membership accounts
