  2. Regular employees of Water and Fire Districts located in Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties, Oregon;
  3. Employees of the following fully-government-funded organizations who work in Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties, Oregon;
    1. Association of Oregon Counties,
    2. League of Oregon Cities,
    3. Urban Renewal Agency,
    4. Housing Authority,
    5. Data Processing Center,
    6. Council of Government, Chemeketa Region,
    7. Marion County Legal Aid,
    8. NW Human Services,
    9. Regional Automated Information Network,
    10. Mid-Willamette Valley Manpower Consortium,
    11. Salem Area Mass Transit District,
    12. Marion, Polk, Yamhill County Council of Alcoholism
    13. Local Government Personnel Institute;
  4. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located in Gilliam, Sherman, Wasco, and Wheeler Counties, Oregon; Gilliam, Sherman, Wasco, and Wheeler Counties, Oregon meet the underserved “investment area” definition of Section 109(c)(2) of the Federal Credit Union Act; (2-14-03)
  5. Employees of Hood River County
  6. Public school employees who work in Hood River County, Oregon;
  7. Voting members of the Marion County Association of Defenders, LTD. in Salem, Oregon who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of November 2, 1993; employees of Marion County Association of Defenders, LTD. who work in Salem, Oregon; (11-6-02)
  8. Members of the Salem Area Seniors, Inc. in Salem, Oregon who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of March 22, 1996;
  9. Natural person, voting members of South Salem Seniors in Salem, Oregon, who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of July 8, 1996;
  10. Employees of Klickitat County Washington;
  11. Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families or households; volunteers of above organizations; and organizations of such persons; Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties, Oregon; Cities and towns within Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties, Oregon; Water and Fire Districts located in Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties, Oregon; ASO, Inc.
