TIP:

• Never respond to unexpected e-mails or phone calls that ask for any personal information.
• Never use a hyperlink or phone number provided by any e-mail. Don’t be lazy or complacent. Look it up, or use your web browser if you want to make any inquiry.
• If you get a telephone call where someone is asking you to provide or confirm any of your personal information, immediately hang up and call your financial institution with the number on the back of the card.
